Enduring Guardianship
An Enduring Guardian is a document that is signed by you, that enables you to give your guardian (the person whom you choose to give the power to) the legal authority to make decisions for you about your lifestyle and your medical needs when you are unable to.
This authority comes into effect when you lose the mental capacity to make decisions on your lifestyle. Such decisions include where you live, whether you require medical attention or whether you require further care.
If you are considering appointing a Guardian, we can advise you accordingly and prepare the paper work for you.
